The Twisted Scissors story started in 2012.

From humble beginnings Twisted Scissors has grown into a fully-fledged salon run by Owner & Senior Stylist Michelle Toms.

After working for a large salon for over 10 years, Michelle transitioned into her own salon for her clients to enjoy. Michelle has an eye for colour and has won multiple awards in the hairdressing industry for her work. From the moment you step foot inside the Twisted Scissors salon, you can feel the creativity Michelle injects into everything she does. From the artwork and photos hung on the walls, to the beautifully designed products created by local Australian businesses on the shelves - Twisted Scissors is an amazing salon to visit.

Michelle is not only a business owner, but also a wife to Ryan and a mum to her adorable three year old boy Louis - who keeps her extra busy when she’s not at Twisted Scissors!
